As a small local business, our rates are fixed and it’s necessary for us to include a minimum call-out charge to cover the planning, travel, set-up, time and cost involved in completing the job.

FAQ’s

We will always honor our quotes for a reasonable amount of time. However we do need to review our pricing every 1-2 years to make sure that we’re keeping up with the rising costs of inflation. Generally speaking we only tend to increase our prices by about 5-10% at a time, however it can depend entirely on the current state of inflation.

Why?

As a small business, we incur a lot of costs every year, no matter how simple the job may seem. Expenses in our equipment, wear and tear as well as a lot of consumables, van maintenance costs, fuel, proper insurance policies within the business, admin and accounting, taxes, staff wages.

We will always reassure our customers that each change to the pricing structure has been carefully calculated and implemented with one goal in mind: To keep our business sustainable for the future, and to be able to continue providing the high standard that many have come to know and appreciate thus far.
